welcome pack sparkling water convenient location
The welcome pack offered many options. Biscuits and nuts were included. I found even a bottle of sparkling water. The location near the train station made travel simple.

the room had a great selection of snacks and drinks upon arrival (that was a lovely touch). the location was also fantastic, with a great view of the waterfront from the bedroom window. free parking on the premises helped too.
it was a bit of a walk from the entrance to get our luggage to the room. there were also a couple of staircases to navigate, which wasn't ideal with heavy bags.

The room was spacious and decent with a gorgeous loch view. The location is near the train and bus station. I found a great selection of snacks, coffee, tea, and water. There was also a supermarket close by which was convenient.
I had some difficulty bringing luggage to the room because of its distance from the main entrance and some stairs.

clean room nice selection
the room was very comfy and tidy. i found a selection of biscuits and porridge pots which i thought was a nice touch.
the check in time was quite late at 4pm.
